LEATHERWOODS IS AN ALL ACOUSTIC GROUP, WHICH WAS FORMED BY JEAN JENNINGS IN THE EARLY 80'S. MEMBERS OF THE GROUP HAVE CHANGED SOME THROUGH THE YEARS. THE GROUP AT THIS TIME CONSISTS OF ROGER FOUNTAIN, PAM KIRBY, DANNY DOZIER, CHUCK HUGHES, AND TERESA JOHNS.
ROGER FOUNTAIN AND PAM KIRBY HAVE BEEN MEMBERS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. ROGER IS ONE OF THE FINEST FIDDLE PLAYERS IN THIS AREA. PAM KIRBY PLAYS GUITAR, MOUNTAIN DULCIMER, SPOONS, AND SINGS. DANNY DOZIER HAS BEEN A MEMBER FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, BUT HAS PLAYED OFF AND ON WITH KIRBY SINCE THE EARLY 80'S. HE ADDS VOCALS,
MERLE TRAVIS STYLE GUITAR, HARMONICA, MANDOLIN, AND BLUES STYLE GUITAR. CHUCK HUGHES HAS BEEN WITH THE GROUP FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND ADDS VOCALS, BANJO, MANDOLIN, AND GUITAR. TERESA JOHNS JOINED THE GROUP, THREE YEARS AGO, AFTER THE DEATH OF JEAN, PLAYING UPRIGHT BASS AND SINGING. LEATHERWOODS PERFORMS SEVERAL STYLES OF MUSIC INCLUDING, BLUEGRASS, FOLK, GOSPEL, OLD COUNTRY, SOMETIMES THROWING IN A SURPRISE OR TWO. THE LEATHERWOODS IS A MUST TO SEE WHEN IN MOUNTAIN VIEW! setting for a small, informal wedding either indoors or outdoors. We will
make arrangements for a justice of the peace to perform your ceremony and
plan one hours use of our parlor or wooded backyard for the ceremony.

will also provide the bride with a small floral bouquet for the ceremony.
After the wedding, toast one another with sparkling grape juice in two
commemorative flutes. You will also enjoy a homebaked wedding cake for
