Policies:

Two night minimum stay on most weekends April-October

Three-night minimum stay during festivals
and holiday weekends.

Check-in 2:00 PM and after.

Our B&B is best suited for children over the age of 5
- Rates based on double occupancy. Extra persons $20.00 each.

Sorry, no facilities for "guest
pets."

For the comfort of all our guests, we
are a smoke free B&B. This includes
anywhere inside, plus the porch area.
There is to be no smoking within
10 feet of the building.
Smokers will find ashtrays outside at
both ends of the house.
In the event of a guest smoking inside
the B&B, a cleaning charge of $200
will be added to their credit card.
This is one of the few non-negotiable
policies we have and we thank-you for
your cooperation.
- A Group Policy applies to reservations of 3 or more rooms. Please contact the Innkeepers for details.
- Payment will be made upon arrival. Credit Card information is required to hold your
reservation only. Cash is the preferred method of payment. In addition, we gladly accept all major credit cards, however a convenience fee of 2.5% will be added if you choose a credit/debit payment. Personal checks are accepted by established guests only.
- There is a $25.00 fee for any cancellation. In addition, if the cancellation
is within 14 days, and we are unable to rebook the room, one nights lodging will
be charged.
