Greetings from Mountain View!

We hope that you saw the special program on the "10 Best Christmas Towns", which aired in December on HGTV. Mountain View had the honor of being chosen as number 3! It showcased the local music, the Ozark Folk Center and the "Caroling in the Caverns" performance at Blanchard Springs Caverns. If you have never attended "Caroling in the Caverns", we encourage you to plan to do so next year.

There is certainly a lot of talk about our economy these days. This year, people will be looking for a quality place to vacation, without spending too much money. Mountain View is a perfect location to get away and relax. The town folks are neighborly, and you can enjoy great music at no cost right out on the Courthouse Square, or sit down in one of our indoor theaters and see a great show at a very reasonable price.
